A good friend had to have open heart surgery and they replaced a section of damaged valve with a bull's valve.  So, this was the card I came up with to give him, because the surgery was successful and the patient had a great sense of humor!

It's about time to get back to posting, no excuse except that I was having 'issues' with setting up my blog.  I tried to make a change to the layout and then I couldn't get it back to the way it was!  I get so frustrated (patience may be a virtue...but, I've found I have a limited supply!

Needed to get some Birthday cards made for my card file.  I like to have them on file, because at the last minute, I'm always stumped for ideas, here are a few I made, using scraps in my scrap drawer!  I would have to classify myself as compulsive/obsessive so if I'm cutting one of something, depending on the size, I'll cut a quarter/half/or full page of them out.  So, a lot of the content on the cards...were also from my stash.  Seems I'm always organizing my 'stuff'(...anyone remember George Carlin's routine on "Stuff?..if you haven't seen it, I'd advise a search on You Tube).  Just realized when I make extra cuts, I need to label what cartridge I used, size, etc., so, I don't have to waste time trying to find it again.  I'm still looking for a cut of a bride and groom I used once and can't find.  I've searched my Gypsy and gone through Cricut Craft room...and here we go with that patience thing again, still haven't found it....arrrghhh!  Thanks for stopping by...and following along while I get caught up!
